From the ground floor pool and entertainment area behind the 2 car garage, you can enjoy the pool (heated if you want it) watching games on the huge outdoor TV This home has the largest fenced stone patio in Sandcastle complete for lounging, grilling at the outdoor kitchen area, or lighting a fire in the firepit to enjoy in the evening. Take the elevator to the first-floor to the living area which features a full bedroom and bath and an open floor plan kitchen with a huge granite island that can seat 4 and plenty of room for food prep. The great room has plenty of space for the whole gang featuring a large leather sofa, a farmer table that seats 8, and a wall of windows that open to a deck. Go to the second floor to the oversized master with a King Bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and your own private deck to get away to. The master bath features a tiled walk-in shower with a seat, 2 vanities to spread out and a private water closet.
The second floor has a laundry with a nice big washer and dryer. At the other end of the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bath. Head up to the third floor and there is plenty of room for the kiddos in the bunk room with custom sturdy bunkbeds that sleep 8, a large screen TV and chairs to hang out in. The other bedroom has two queen beds and an area with a crib if needed. This floor also features a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
